    This men-tsuyu is characterized by its mellow aroma and rich flavor.
    This product is made by finely grinding eight different kinds of dashi ingredients and combining them with honjozo soy sauce and raw sugar from the mineral-rich island of Tanegashima.

    This men-tsuyu contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives.
    Double-layered bottle to prevent exposure to air to preserve freshness.
    Use for noodle dishes and stewed dishes.
