    [Recommended for anti-aging [ginger].
Ginger has long been popular not only in Japan but throughout the world.
When the plague broke out in England in the 18th century, the King of England himself recommended ginger to his people, saying that ginger was effective in preventing the plague.
Since then, cookies and breads using ginger as an ingredient have been produced.
Although ginger itself may not have ingredients that are directly effective against the plague, it is believed that ginger's effects of improving the body's circulatory function and promoting blood circulation may have strengthened the body, which in turn may have led to the prevention of the plague.

    Warming ingredients
When dried or heated, ginger's pungent component [gingerol] changes into [gingerol], which promotes blood circulation and warms the body from within.
Since gingerol has excellent antioxidant properties, heating it is recommended for use in anti-aging treatments.
In addition, [zingerone] has the ability to create heat in the body like togarashi (red pepper).
As can be seen from the fact that eating ginger makes the body feel warm, ginger's pungent components gingerol, gingerol, and gingerone work to dilate blood vessels and improve blood flow.
When blood flow improves, body temperature rises, metabolism improves, and coldness improves, leading to the elimination of swelling.

Ingredients that cool down the body
The pungent ingredient [gingerol] in fresh ginger has a cooling effect on the body and has a sterilizing effect.
Eating ginger at sushi restaurants is not only to refresh the mouth, but also to prevent food poisoning.
