    We roasted the tea slowly in a retro [hojicha] machine, which gives a pleasant feeling of time passing, as if the time was ticking gently.
    The carefully roasted [hojicha] gives a deep aroma and richness that cannot be produced by ordinary methods, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious cup.

    Please enjoy the unique roasting method using a hojicha machine built more than 60 years ago, which cannot be mass-produced.

    ～ Delicious way to make tea

    [Hot tea]
    1) In a teapot or earthenware kettle (500ml~1L)
    　 Put one teabag in the teapot or earthenware kettle (500ml~1L).
    2) Pour boiling water and wait 3-5 minutes before drinking.

    [Cold tea]
    1) In a filter-in bottle or pitcher (about 700ml)
    　 Put one tea bag in the bottle.
    2) Pour water and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours, then it is ready to drink.
