    Edo Sakura is a rare organic green tea made from 100% [okumidori] tea leaves, which are valued as a key ingredient in blends. Because it is grown under a black cloth covering for at least one week, the astringency and bitterness are reduced and the sweetness and umami are brought out, just like gyokuro.

    Fujizakura is an organic green tea made by generously using Okumidori, a rare variety that is sometimes used as high-grade matcha and gyokuro. It is characterized by its sweet, elegant taste and refreshing aroma, and is recommended as a gift because of its authentic taste even in tea bags.
