Bizen ware heat-resistant tableware ONIBIZEN Plate dish, L size

The heat resistance has been improved by our original clay mixture and baking in a high-temperature climbing kiln (1200℃) for more than 10 days.
    Microwave and oven-safe.
This plate dish has two completely different expressions. The rough rocky surface of Bizen ware and the smooth texture of round unglazed ware are the result of chemical phenomena created by the flames and heat in the climbing kiln, so no two pieces are alike.

The difference in texture is more noticeable when the plate is moistened with water and placed over moist sashimi, seafood, fruits, or sweets, etc. When the plate is dry and placed over cakes or Japanese sweets, etc., you can enjoy the difference in texture between the rocky surface and the soft surface of unglazed ware.
It is also easy to care for, being resistant to oil stains, and can be easily washed away with a sponge and a touch of detergent. Even persistent stains left for several days can be washed with a "trowel", making it very easy to handle and quick-drying. It is also dishwasher-safe.
