    The name "Hengen Jizai" derives from its ability to conveniently adapt to different camping scenarios (hengen jizai) and its versatile two-way functionality.

    The Tsubame-Sanjo area in Niigata Prefecture is renowned for its skilled metalworking, proficient in processing various metals such as copper, aluminum, iron, and brass. Craftsmen in this region refine traditional skills while integrating the latest machine technology to enhance quality. Metal products from this area are admired worldwide for their beauty, practicality, strength, and durability. The high-quality brass used in KALUGII/KALUGII lantern stands is sourced from this Tsubame-Sanjo region.
