This simple snack is made from only dried domestic and additive-free Shimanto ayu fish, with a focus on human-level ingredients.
The ingredients are used as they are, and of course, no additives are used, so you can use this product with peace of mind. Ayu fish can be eaten whole from head to tail. Eating ayu fish from head to tail, even the bones, is rich in calcium, which is said to contain three times as much as that of a true sardine. It also contains good quality protein and a moderate amount of fat, making it rich for a river fish.
Ayu fish contains high levels of calcium and magnesium, minerals that are very important for building strong bones.
It is also recommended for children allergic to beef, chicken, and other livestock meat.
