Mizume cherry is carefully selected as the material for this high-class stewing bowl, which is made of hard material.
The base is made of hon-ken-ji, and hemp cloth is painted on the surface to increase the strength of the wood.
The bowls can be used immediately because they have a long shelf life after being painted and the smell of lacquer has been removed.
Maki-e is ivy maki-e using real gold leaf. Grapes bear many seeds, so this design has the meaning of prosperity of offspring.

*The lacquer of "Shu" (reddish brown) color on the Goten shape makes it a gorgeous bowl for simmered dishes.
