    BALIISM was established in 2015 by a Japanese resident of Bali, Indonesia, who visited the island in the summer of 2013.

    The locals still live by making the best use of nature's characteristics instead of relying only on mechanical things, and in order to live comfortably in Bali, where it is always summer all year round, it is necessary to make good use of [sun], [wind], [water], and [sun]. As a result, traditional dwellings are designed with an awareness of the flow of light and air, with no direct sunlight and only cool breezes coming in.
