The technique of applying liquid gold on fired ceramic ware and baking it is called "Kinsai" (gold glaze).
Since Nanagama uses gold of high purity, care is required according to its characteristics.
Gold is a very soft material, so scratching it strongly or rubbing it with a hard cloth may cause it to peel. Please handle with care.
Also, as you wear or touch it, sebum and other substances may adhere to the gold, making it appear cloudy.
When cleaning, please wipe off any dirt gently with a soft cloth.
