The leather used for the front of the body is mainly raw hides from France, Spain, and Poland,
It is tanned and surface-processed by one of only a few tanneries in Japan that specialize in cordovan.
The tanning and surfacing processes are carried out by different craftsmen in order to produce a superior cordovan.

In cordovan, the collagen fibers are aligned vertically in an orderly fashion. The cross-section of these collagen fibers forms the surface structure,
The orderly arrangement of the fine-grained fibers is exposed, giving cordovan an extremely smooth and moist texture.

The leather used for the inner lining is full-vegetable tannin leather from the Italian tannery PUCCINI ATTAILIO.
Full vegetable tannin (100% plant astringent tanning) & gruged leather is used for the inner lining.
This leather, which is made by a manufacturing process that requires a lot of time and effort, may get scratches and its color may fade, but on the other hand, the more you use it, the more the scratches will fade away and the more the leather will become more durable,
On the other hand, the more it is used, the more the scratches fade and the more it is exposed to water (rain) and hand grease, the more the leather becomes shiny.
