This is a certified facility that exceeds [human grade] and meets national hygiene standards. We are the 29th facility to obtain this certification, out of only 33 facilities in the country that have been approved. Among facilities that ship meat for human consumption, this is one of the highest standards in the country, and you can eat with peace of mind. We use only high-quality wild venison and dry it at a low temperature that does not destroy its nutritional value. Of course, no preservatives or coloring agents are added. This health-conscious jerky is made from domestically produced venison and is rich in the original flavor of venison. Although it is a small facility, we have a lot of good animals in a rich environment, and we currently ship to restaurants and luxury hotels in Kyoto, Osaka, and Kobe, etc. We are highly evaluated for the quality of our meat.
