    Shodoshima ginger and citrus HOMEMAKERS' ginger syrup starts with growing ginger.
    The main ingredient is ginger, which we grow ourselves without using pesticides or chemical fertilizers in the fields of Shodoshima, pulling out weeds as we go.
    The syrup is made by carefully simmering the ginger with the juice of Shodoshima-grown citrus fruits such as dai dai and lemon, organic spices such as cinnamon and cardamom, and millet sugar from Tanegashima!

    Ginger Syrup for Everyday Life Mix with sparkling water to make ginger ale. Mix with hot water to make [hot ginger].
    We recommend a ratio of 1 part syrup to 4 parts water (about 5 times dilution).
    It can also be used in cocktails with alcohol and in cooking and baking.
