The shape of a coffee bean, Wasanbon, is a perfect match for black coffee. Wasanbon is a fine-grained Japanese sugar traditionally made in the Shikoku prefectures. There are three flavors to choose from mocha, caramel, and ginger.

    MOCHA
Wasanbon mixed with coffee and black cacao. The flavors of coffee and bitter chocolate are perfect.

    CARAMEL
Wasanbon mixed with coffee and caramel. The caramel coffee flavor is addictive.

    GINGER
Wasanbon with coffee and ginger. The ginger flavor goes great with coffee. It also goes well with hot milk.

    How to serve:

It is delicious eaten as is or melted in the mouth while drinking coffee. Since wasanbon has a gentle sweetness, we recommend that you enjoy the flavor and let it melt in your mouth rather than putting it in your coffee.
