This is a coaster made of Tatami mat.

This coaster is made of Daiken Kenyaka Omoten Seiryu (Cocktail Fit).
This tatami mat is made of processed Japanese paper and coated with resin.
It is woven in two gentle colors, giving it a rich expression and a modern Japanese look.

Compared to natural rush grass, it is less prone to mold and mites.
◎Resistant to tanning and fading
Daiken Kenyaka Omote hardly fades and its beauty lasts longer.
Easy to clean with stain-resistant finish
Daiken KEN-YAKAYAKU OMOTE is water-repellent, and in the unlikely event that a drink is spilled, it can be wiped clean immediately.
Tatami-omote is very compatible with coasters.

What is "Meshokumote"?
This is a Tatami-omote with finer grain than general tatami-omote (Hikime). It is mainly used for edge-less tatami.
It gives a clean and modern impression.
