This brand is a collaboration between Chanois and Nakamura Candles, a long-established candle maker in Kyoto.

1. The most attractive feature of Kyo ROUSOKU+ candles is that they are genuine Japanese candles made from 100% vegetable materials such as sumac wax, and craftsmen meticulously create each candle one by one using wooden molds.

2. Pigments and natural essential oils used to color the candles are all derived from Kyoto. Kyo ROUSOKU+ is also particular about the brand identity, Kyoto.

Time Candles Fascinated by the wonderful values and technical skills of Japanese candle culture, we began planning and developing candles that "design time = time management," inspired by the technology and know-how of making candles according to the specified time by adjusting the thickness and length of the candle.

After repeated trial and error, we finally designed a candle that can be used in easy-to-use time units of 5, 10, and 20 minutes and completed it as the "Time Candles for Time" result.

"Fragrance Candle" is made of 100% natural ingredients, with seasonal Japanese fragrances and colors.
Following the development of "Hour Candles," we worked on the development of "safe and secure aroma candles (scented candles) made of 100% natural ingredients, original to Japan.

The fragrance for the Japanese candles, which are made from 100% vegetable materials, is also made from natural ingredients. The natural essential oil gives you a delicate and gentle aroma that is uniquely Japanese. We had an encounter with Ms. Tomoko Saito, an aroma producer from Kyoto, and developed natural essential oils that were originally mixed by her.

The natural essential oils we use are highly volatile, so the fragrance gradually fades after about two weeks. For this reason, we have taken measures to minimize the volatilization of the fragrance by wrapping each candle individually and using hermetically sealed packages.

The high volatility of the fragrance is proof that we use genuine natural essential oil fragrances. The concept of the candle was born from the luxury of enjoying the fresh fragrance for a limited time, just as you would enjoy the taste of fresh flowers or freshly picked fruit.
