Using organically grown [Yamada Nishiki] from Hyogo Prefecture, this non-alcoholic drink has a taste that overturns the conventional image of Genmaicha, and was developed so that it can be enjoyed as a pairing with food even in situations where alcohol is not consumed.

Using the finest ingredients grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, it is designed to be best balanced with mizudashi, which is easy to drink during meals.
As a [mizudashi only] drink, it does not cut too much into the flavor of the food by reducing the extraction of bitterness and astringency, while the aroma and flavor of the fragrant rice bridges the gap with the food, especially Japanese food.

[The farm is widely respected as a pioneer who has been involved in organic farming since the 1970s, and has built a cultivation method that uses no pesticides at all and is entirely handmade. The tea leaves handcrafted by these artisans have long been supplied to manufacturers of baby products.
[SAFE-TEA] uses only the tea leaves as raw materials and processes them into tea bags using biodegradable filters, and the packaging is also carefully designed with a Japanese-style design and a certification mark in English, which is easy for people overseas to understand. The caffeine level is also indicated on the back label of all products for those who are concerned about caffeine.

SAFE-TEA also offers individually packaged teas to ensure that the tea leaves are in the best condition possible after the production process, which includes drying, vacuuming, and storage in a low-temperature warehouse. To prevent changes in flavor and color due to oxidation after opening the package, each package is individually sealed with an oxygen absorber. SENREI Inc. is a tea startup that has inherited a 300-year-old tea plantation in Kamikawa-cho, Hyogo Prefecture.

Kamikawa's pure water, the abundant blessings of the mountains, and the famous tea that has been carefully preserved for 300 years. We work hard to produce tea with the help of the mountains and rivers that have been there since ancient times and our predecessors who have carefully nurtured them until today.

We do not "create" the taste of tea, but "bring it out." We deliver the ever-changing taste of the mountains and rivers as it is. From morning to night, from spring to summer, the tea fields are in constant flux.

In contrast, most of the food and beverages that pass down our throats today are fixed, as if time has stopped. The taste, the aroma, the shape. In the past, we would have perceived the delicate gradation of flavors as if we were admiring the four seasons.
