    White tea is made by carefully hand-picking new sprouts one by one and finishing them without rubbing.

    Its aroma is very unique and is also called "yugen" (meaning "mysterious"). It can be brewed many times, so you can enjoy it for a long time with a small amount of tea leaves. Dashi-dashi is also recommended.

    SENREI Inc. is a tea startup that has inherited a 300-year-old tea plantation in Kamikawa-cho, Hyogo Prefecture.

    Kamikawa's pure water, the abundant blessings of the mountains, and the famous tea that has been carefully preserved for 300 years. We work hard to produce tea with the help of the mountains and rivers that have been there since ancient times and our predecessors who have carefully nurtured them until today.

    Commitment to Our Products:
    We do not "create" the taste of tea, but "bring it out." We deliver the ever-changing taste of the mountains and rivers as it is. From morning to night, from spring to summer, the tea fields are in constant flux.

    In contrast, most of the food and beverages that pass down our throats today are fixed, as if time has stopped. The taste, the aroma, the shape. In the past, we would have perceived the delicate gradation of flavors as if we were admiring the four seasons.
