This white dashi is made from a combination of bonito flakes, sardine dried sardines, mackerel flakes, and Soda bonito flakes. The "oiki-katsuo" process adds a rich, full-bodied aroma to this refined white dashi, which contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives. The double-layered bottle prevents exposure to air so that you can enjoy the lingering flavor of freshly ground dashi. Recommended for egg dishes, udon noodles, nabe dishes, asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables), and other dishes that bring out the color and flavor of the ingredients.

    How to use
Udon noodle soup 1:6-8, dashimaki tamago 1:5-6, oyakodon 1:4-6, simmered dish 1:5-7, nabe dish 1:8-10, asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables)
