This dashi packet is made from roasted Japanese sardine niboshi (dried sardines) combined with four domestic ingredients to create a deep, rich, and aromatic broth. The familiar niboshi-based dashi goes especially well with miso soup. No chemical seasoning, salt, or preservatives are added.

    How to use
Place the dashi packet in a pot with 500ml to 600ml of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes, and remove the dashi packet.
