From Kochi Prefecture, where washi paper and cypress are specialties, comes the release of Ohinasama♪.

We take our time and put our heart and soul into making each one, so please allow one to two months from the time we receive your order.

We want to make space-saving hina dolls that can be easily taken in and out to meet modern housing conditions.
We also want to create a gorgeous and exciting piece that is suitable for the Peach Festival, a time to wish for the happy growth of girls.
With this in mind, after more than a year of trial and error, we have created lovely hina dolls made of wood and Japanese paper!

Made of hard maple, which preserves well and has a beautifully colored white bark, cut out with a thread saw and carefully finished by hand, this hina doll is compact yet has a strong presence.
Each part was polished with careful attention to nuance and colored with acrylic paints.
The stands for Bonbori and Hishimochi are made of walnut, a high quality furniture wood with beautiful dark brown grain, and finished with safe vegetable oil to moisten the wood.
The kimono patterns were glamorously finished by applying Japanese chiyogami paper.
To preserve the beauty, vividness, and texture of the washi for a long time, we applied many coats of konjac glue, which has been used to coat washi since ancient times.
The colored parts of the kimono are all finished with konjac glue without using any varnish, so if you touch the kimono, you will feel a sense of quality that you cannot find anywhere else.
Of course, the finish is safe and secure because it is made of 100% natural materials.

The stand, made of Kochi cypress, can be turned upside down to form a large and small box, and all the props, dolls, and scarlet carpets can be stored in one box.
The box and folding screen are both made of Japanese cypress.
Both the box and the folding screen are made of Japanese cypress, so the fresh fragrance will refresh you like a forest bath, and the excellent humidity control will protect your dolls from mold and moisture.

*Please note that the grain of the wood and the pattern of the kimono will be similar, but each doll will be slightly different.

*For improvement, the material has been changed from European Beach to Hard Maple.
Please note that the photos are of European Beach.
