    The tea bowl is crafted by Shimizu Hisatsugu, a renowned tea potter, featuring the "Rakuzankama" mark on the high stand. Countless trials and errors were undertaken in the making of this tea bowl.

    An innovative design finish adorns the dot at the bottom of the bowl. This tea box, with its black lid, adds an elegant touch to a monotone room.

    For beginners, an instruction manual (with English translation on the reverse side) covering "How to serve matcha" and "How to prepare matcha" is included.
