    Please enjoy the unique roasting method using a hojimachine built more than 60 years ago, which cannot be mass-produced.

    ～ How to make this tea
    [Hot tea]
    1) Put a heaping tablespoon of tea leaves in an earthenware kettle.
    2) Pour boiling water and wait 3 to 5 minutes before drinking.

    [Cold tea]
    1) Put about a heaping tablespoon of tea leaves in a filter-in bottle.
    2) Pour water and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours before drinking.

    *In both cases, tea leaves can be left in the bottle.
