Kogin Sashimi" is a type of sashiko from the Tsugaru region of Aomori Prefecture,
The traditional pattern of "Kogin-Sashi", a stitching technique from the Tsugaru region of Aomori Prefecture, is printed on kraft tape.
It can be used not only as a conventional packing material, but also as a decoration for events and a little customization for interior decorations.
We recommend this product when you want to use your usual daily necessities with a little change of pace.
The sequence of swastikas in the pattern is called a gaily pattern, and was a popular pattern for building temples and shrines and as a kimono pattern in the Edo period. Since it is an endless series of swastikas, it was used as a pattern of good omen for prosperous business and offspring.
