◆Bowl with the original wooden material
This is a bowl (the largest size) of the [MOKU] series, which pursues a finish that allows people to feel the beauty and materiality of uniquely Japanese "wooden vessels" in modern life scenes.
The black and vermilion lines are distinctive in the simple design that gives the impression of the texture of the wood as it is.
The large size allows you to serve cookies or sweets in a big bowl, of course, but you can also serve soupy dishes or salads with dressing on it, since the surface is coated properly.
It is also recommended to use it as a bowl for soba, udon, and ramen noodles.
◆Easy to use with excellent functionality
The bowls feature a stackable structure for easy storage. Lines are drawn on the mouth and sides to create a modern impression, and when stacked together, the lines fold over to express design interest.
In addition, the four sizes of bowls can be nested together when they are aligned (this product is the largest size).
The wood is lightweight and easy to hold, thanks to the wood's low heat conductivity, which makes it easy to hold even when hot food is placed in it.
A new sense of lacquerware created in collaboration with designers
[The MOKU series combines the unique woodworking technique of "wheel-thrown" lacquerware with the design of designer Kashige Miyake (miyake design) to create products that simply express the beauty and materiality of wood.
The MOKU series products have a natural design that makes the most of the texture of the wood itself, so they look great no matter what you serve on them.
The MOKU series also includes bowls and cups in different sizes, making it a great gift set for Father's Day, Mother's Day, longevity celebrations, birthdays, etc. The simple design also makes the MOKU series a perfect gift for Westerners.
The simple design also blends well with Western spaces, making it a great gift for people overseas.
[Please note]
*[MOKU] series products are designed to make use of the texture of wood as much as possible.
Therefore, the wood surface may vary from white to yellow or brown, or may change color in the process.
We appreciate your understanding.
