In Tokuchi Town, Yamaguchi Prefecture, there is a mysterious forest (national forest) where giant trees said to be 1,000 years old lie.
The herbal tea, which has been loved by the local people for more than 800 years and continues to be used as a health tea, is harvested by hand in the traditional way only when it has high nutritional value, dried naturally, and slowly roasted.
