The production area of high-grade gyokuro [Yame region of Fukuoka Prefecture] has a unique inland climate with high temperatures during the day and cool nights. The region is blessed with fertile soil and abundant groundwater, experiencing a high annual rainfall of 1,600-2,400 mm.
Premium Yamecha Rich Gyokuro is made with only the best quality tea leaves grown in Fukuoka Yame, carefully selected to create a refreshing green taste. Leaf-grade gyokuro, characterized by its mild flavor and slightly sweet thickening, is made into luxurious tea bags.
Theanine, which is abundant in gyokuro, is said to have a relaxing and stress-relieving effect, along with a delicious flavor. It also contains a large amount of vitamins, providing potential beautifying and skin care effects.
Place one tea bag in your favorite cup, pour a small amount of hot water (about 100 ml) cooled to 50-60°C, and brew slowly for 2 to 3 minutes. You can easily enjoy the finest Yame Gyokuro in a tea bag.
