    In fact, this is a special can with a super high airtight seal, made by hand by craftsmen.
    The tin plate is formed by hand from the bending stage, and craftsmen who can handle handmade cans are very rare nowadays.
    When the lid is turned quickly, it makes a clinking sound and stops in the same position.
    This delicate matching of illustrations comes naturally.

    And because the gap between the lid and the body is minimal and airtight, the structure prevents moisture from entering, keeping the food inside the can fresh.
    The other day, they found a 9-year-old rice cracker in an old handmade can, and to their surprise, the cracker itself was crispy.

    Using the finest ingredients grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, it is designed to be best balanced with mizudashi, which is easy to drink during meals.
    As a [mizudashi only] drink, it does not cut too much into the flavor of the food by reducing the extraction of bitterness and astringency, while the aroma and flavor of the fragrant rice bridges the gap with the food, especially Japanese food.
