    [About Kochi Kitagawa Village Yuzu]
    Kitagawa Village is a small village blessed with many natural features, including the Nahari River against the backdrop of the majestic Shikoku Mountains. It is said to be the birthplace of the Kochi citron. During the November harvest season, the village is filled with the fragrance of yuzu.

    Kitagawa Village has a long history of yuzu cultivation and boasts a high percentage of wild yuzu, which takes 18 years to grow from seed.

    The yuzu balls grow large thanks to the bountiful rainfall and contain a lot of oil and aromatic components. Only the juice portion of the Kitagawa Village yuzu is used to make the juice powder.

    [About the Juice Powder]
    Kitagawa-mura yuzu juice from Kochi is processed into juice powder using the spray-drying method. The refreshing taste of the juice, distinct from that of peel powder derived from the peel, is unique to the juice powder.

    Fruit juice powder tends to harden due to moisture. After use, be sure to zip up the bag tightly and use it as soon as possible. To prevent hardening, place a zip lock over the bag to prevent air from entering.
