Kurokaki incense burner set by Kazuo Satake, traditional craftsman (incense burner and incense case, both wooden with peacock design)
This incense burner set is made of Kurokaki, a precious wood.
The sake cup has a bead shape and the censer has a unique design on the edge, and the inside is sealed with a copper plate to withstand actual use.
Both the incense burner and the incense container have silver inlays on the outside.
The peacock grain, which is said to be of the highest quality, is beautifully reflected in the wubiki-urushi lacquer.
Kurokaki is a rare and rare material, and the height of the wood is highly prized.
