    It can be enjoyed with hot or cold water.

    The taste is reminiscent of junmai sake,
    It is mild on the palate and accompanies food with a gentle aftertaste that is free of bitterness and astringency.

    The fragrant roasted aroma whets the appetite and complements dishes with a rich flavor of rice, stewed dishes, warm rice pudding, and Western-style dishes such as hamburgers at home.

    The base is made from genmaicha (brown rice tea) and stick hojicha, which is made from low-caffeine stems rather than leaves, which reduces caffeine by about 60% compared to ordinary green tea and hojicha.
    It is recommended for relaxation before sleep, for children, for pregnant women, and for those who tend to consume a lot of caffeine while working from home.

    The ingredients are grown without pesticides or chemical fertilizers during the growing season.

    Using organically grown [Yamada Nishiki] from Hyogo Prefecture, this non-alcoholic drink has a taste that overturns the conventional image of Genmaicha, and was developed so that it can be enjoyed as a pairing with food even in situations where alcohol is not consumed.

    Using the finest ingredients grown without the use of pesticides and chemical fertilizers, it is designed to be best balanced with mizudashi, which is easy to drink during meals.
    As a [mizudashi only] drink, it does not cut too much into the flavor of the food by reducing the extraction of bitterness and astringency, while the aroma and flavor of the fragrant rice bridges the gap with the food, especially Japanese food.
