    We have combined Japanese bonito flakes, dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms, kelp, and dried flying fish baked at high temperatures in one go. It enhances the flavor and umami of dishes. Recommended for udon noodles, simmered dishes, miso soup, etc. This dashi packet contains no additives such as chemical seasonings or preservatives. You can tear open the packet and use it as dashi powder. We recommend this product because it is easy to make delicious dashi in a short time, so it is easy to use even in your busy schedule.

    How to use:

    1. Put the dashi packet in a pot with 500ml-600ml of water
    2. Bring to a boil over medium heat
    3. Simmer for 5 minutes
    4. Remove the dashi packet

    You can also tear open the packet and use it as dashi powder as it is.
