    We have selected aromatic Japanese bonito flakes and Hokkaido kelp, and combined them to create an even more delicious broth. It is slightly flavored, so it can be used as a basic dashi for a variety of dishes.
    It can also be used as dashi powder by tearing open the packet. This dashi packet contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives.

    How to use:

    1. Put the dashi packet in a pot with 500ml-600ml of water
    2. Bring to a boil over medium heat
    3. Simmer for 5 minutes
    4. Remove the dashi packet
