    This spicy and tangy sea bream miso is made with rice miso, minced sea bream, and Kagura Nanban, a traditional Niigata vegetable. The blend of soft textured kelp shaved by our original method gives it an even more delicious flavor. The richness of the kneaded sesame seeds is accented with chopped ginger and yuzu juice, making it a perfect accompaniment to rice.
