    The dashi features a well-balanced blend of umami from Japanese bonito flakes, sardines, dried sardines, dried sardines, shiitake mushrooms, and kelp. With no chemical seasonings, salt, or preservatives, this dashi packet allows you to enjoy the original umami of the ingredients.

    How to use
    Place the dashi packet in a pot with 500ml to 600ml of water, bring to a boil over medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes, and remove the dashi packet.
