Made with sea bream from Kumamoto Prefecture. The flavor of the sea bream is further enhanced by combining fillets of Japanese sea bream with six kinds of soup stock: slowly simmered sea bream, dried bonito flakes, kelp, dried sardines, saba shavings, and shiitake mushrooms.
