With no chemical seasonings or preservatives, and no animal ingredients, this healthful broth packet maximizes the umami of vegetables. It is recommended for curries, soups, and Western-style soups! You can also tear open the packet and use it as a seasoning for deep-fried dishes. This product is easy to use even in your busy schedule. 15 packs are available.

    How to use
    Place the dashi packet in a pot with 400ml~500ml of water, shake the packet 5 times with chopsticks, boil over medium heat for 5 minutes, and remove the packet.
    Tear open the packet and use as dashi powder.
