In Tokuchi Town, Yamaguchi Prefecture, there is a mysterious forest (national forest) where giant trees said to be 1,000 years old lie.

[Delicious way to drink]
Put 1 teabag in a teapot or cup, pour boiling water and let sit for at least 3 minutes before drinking.
It tastes even better if you boil the tea for 2 to 3 minutes while bringing it to a boil in a kettle.
In summer, it is easy and tasty to make cold tea by putting it in a pot with water and refrigerating it for about 8 hours.
