    This dashi combines the delicious flavors of dried bonito flakes, sardine dried sardines, mackerel flakes, and Soda bonito flakes.

    This white dashi has an elegant flavor and contains no chemical seasonings or preservatives.

    The double-layered bottle is airtight to preserve freshness.
    Recommended for egg dishes, udon noodles, nabe dishes, asazuke (lightly pickled vegetables), and other dishes that bring out the color and flavor of the ingredients.
