    [About Sanuki Meiho]
    The Meppo variety was originally produced in Tochigi Prefecture in 1985. However, as various high-sugar content strawberry varieties have been cultivated through breeding, production has decreased over the years. Currently, 90% of the production is grown in Kagawa Prefecture.

    In Kagawa Prefecture, there is also a strawberry variety called Sanuki Hime. However, compared to Sanuki Hime, which has a high sugar content, Sanuki Meiho is characterized by moderate acidity and a firm red interior. In recent years, much attention has been paid to strawberries with high sugar content, but Sanuki Meiho offers a good balance of sweetness and acidity typical of strawberries.

    The Sanuki Meiho used in this powder is made from strawberries carefully grown in Miki Town, Kagawa Prefecture.

    [About the Fruit Juice Powder]
    Sanuki Meppo fruit juice is processed into a fruit juice powder using the spray-drying method. The powder is rich in strawberry flavor. Please use it as a confectionery ingredient for products that cannot contain water, such as chocolate and cookies.

    [Storage]
    Fruit juice powder tends to harden with moisture. Please close the zipper of the bag after use and consume it as soon as possible. To prevent hardening, place a zip lock over the bag to prevent air from entering.
