[About Tokushima Kamiyama Sudachi]
Kamiyama is a small town nestled in the mountains of Tokushima Prefecture, with a population of 5,200. Surrounded by mountains, Kamiyama experiences significant temperature fluctuations between morning and evening, with many slopes and a few flat areas. It is believed that the abundant blessings of nature in this region yield high-quality, aromatic sudachi.
It is said that ancient sudachi trees, estimated to be over 300 years old, thrive in Kamiyama's Onorono area, where sudachi cultivation has been practiced since ancient times. Only the juice extracted from these Kamiyama sudachi is utilized in making juice powder.
[About the Juice Powder]
The juice of Tokushima Kamiyama sudachi is processed into juice powder using the spray-drying method. The refreshing taste of the juice, distinct from that of peel powder derived from the peel, is unique to juice powder.
Fruit juice powder tends to harden due to moisture. After use, be sure to seal the bag's zipper tightly and use it promptly. To prevent hardening, place a zip lock over the bag to prevent air from entering.
