This dashi powder is a 3:1:1 blend of high-quality dried bonito flakes, dried sardines, and kelp, processed into a fine powder that is pleasant to the palate.
The blend of kombu, which is characterized by its richness, enhances the flavor.
It can be used as a dashi to drink by mixing with hot water, as a soup stock, as a salad dressing, for yakisoba noodles, or as a finishing touch for fried rice.

    How to use:

    1. Put 1 teaspoon (about 2.2g) of this product in a cup
    2. pour in about 150ml of hot water, and stir while consuming (the powder will settle out).
    3. The amount of hot water is for reference only.
    4. Adjust to taste.

It can also be used as it is as dashi in a variety of dishes.
