    This dashi packet is made only from aromatic Japanese dried bonito flakes. Only male bonito flakes with low-fat content are used to make a light-tasting dashi. No chemical seasonings or preservatives are added, and no sugar or salt is used. It does not contain any of the 28 allergen items.

    How to make broth:

    1. Put the dashi packet in a pot with 400ml of water and heat.
    2. Shake the dashi packet 5 times with chopsticks and simmer over low heat for 3 to 5 minutes after it comes to a boil.
    3. Remove the dashi packet.

    Start with a thin broth and gradually work your way up.
