This men-tsuyu is made from finely ground 8 kinds of dashi ingredients to enhance its mellow aroma and rich flavor, combined with honjozo soy sauce and raw sugar from the mineral-rich island of Tanegashima. The double-layered bottle prevents exposure to air so that you can enjoy the lingering flavor of freshly ground soup stock. It can be used not only for mentsuyu and simmered dishes, but also on the table as dashi soy sauce.
