    Gomoku Gohan-minori is a rice stock that combines Japanese carrots, burdock root, shiitake mushrooms, bamboo shoots, and deep-fried tofu. Five types of dashi (bonito flakes, kelp, dried kelp, dried sardines, saba shavings, and shiitake mushrooms) and colorful ingredients combine to create this takikomi-gohan motif that allows you to enjoy the flavor, aroma, and texture of vegetables.

    For 360ml of rice (2-3 servings)

    How to serve:
    1. Wash 360ml of rice and soak in water for 30 minutes
    2. Drain the rice and put the rice, seasoning liquid and ingredients into the rice cooker's inner pot (add the ingredient liquid)
    3. Adjust the amount of water to cook the white rice and stir before cooking.
    4. When cooked, steam for 10 minutes and stir.
